Terms and Conditions

Tixnation is a marketplace that connects event organizers with ticket buyers. Events are created and run by independent organizers — Tixnation provides the ticketing, payment, and gate-scanning tools, but is not the organizer of the events listed.

Purchases use guest checkout: you provide a name, email address, and WhatsApp number. Your order page link is your proof of purchase and access to your e-tickets — treat it as confidential. Payment must be made for the exact amount shown, within the payment window; unpaid orders expire and the tickets are released back for sale.

Each ticket carries a unique QR code that can be used once — the first successful scan at the gate wins. Do not share your QR codes publicly. Entry remains subject to the organizer's venue rules (age limits, security checks, and similar requirements).

Refunds follow the policy chosen by the event's organizer, shown on the event page before you buy. Refund requests are made from your order page and are decided by the organizer. If an event is cancelled, the organizer is responsible for refunding ticket holders.

Organizers must pass verification before selling, including submitting identity documents (KTP), business licensing for companies (NIB), and an event proposal. Organizers are solely responsible for their events, the accuracy of their listings, and fulfilling their obligations to ticket holders. Payouts are processed after the event ends, subject to review.

A service fee and applicable taxes are added at checkout and shown clearly before you pay. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not use Tixnation to commit fraud, provide false information, buy tickets with automated tools for resale, infringe the rights of others, or interfere with the operation of the platform. We may suspend accounts, cancel orders, or void tickets involved in violations.

The platform is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tixnation's liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. Tixnation is not liable for the conduct of organizers or attendees, or for the event itself.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies, and continuing to use Tixnation after an update means you accept the revised terms.
